Sales Policies

We thank you for considering our prodcuts and equipment and below are the policies we have in place for sales, returns, and payment processing

Your information will not be shared, however we do use it for notifying you as appropriate the latest news and product updates and specials. We want to be your supplier for the long term so we are here to help after the sale as well.

There is a 15% restocking charge on all items returned and they must be in the same condition as you received them, and with all the original packing materials included. Prior to returning an item please call the factory for an RA No. and details of where to send the goods.

Generally we advertise items in stock, but we are a company that is working towards ISO 9000 QA certification and thus a procedure for all sales and shipping is required and takes time to input into the system, even items that we have in stock can sometimes take 3 - 5 days to leave the factory. If you need the item faster please call the factory at 281-724-8889. In other sitations we will have to make the product and that can be anywhere from 3 - 6 weeks depending on what the product is, this is not atypical with other armor manufacturers.

Payment is due at the time the order is taken, we accept Paypal and if you need to use your credit card directly we have a procedure for telephone orders. If you wish to fax an inquiry or order in to the factory our fax No. is 503-284-2602.
